Our magazine has been around for over 18 years. From the very beginning and to this day, it has remained a free e-zine, offering exclusive content with minimal advertising. FPS is a project of enthusiasts and a completely independent magazine. We do not defend the interests of any corporation or government, nor do we trade principles. We write about what we consider important. We champion freedom of speech and creativity, the free exchange of information and knowledge: all materials of the magazine may be freely copied, distributed, and used in any derivative works. And we promise that this will always be the case.

Writing for the magazine requires a great deal of time and effort, which, unfortunately, is currently not compensated in any way. FPS is formerly Russian-based project which was forced out of the country by the prohibitive legislation and lack of freedom of speech; it is very hard for such a project to achieve commercial viability in Europe.
